Baptism by Immersion in Water should be observed by those who receive Christ as their Savior.

It is a picture of the death of the sinful nature, and of a new life in Christ.

¹⁹ Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, 

baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

Matthew 28:19

³⁸ Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you,

in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. 

And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
